Has your organisation or any of its key people ever been convicted or charged for an offence relating to the slave trade, trafficking or smuggling of migrants?
Has your organisation or any of its key people ever provided false or misleading information to Immigration New Zealand?
Are you aware of any ongoing investigations or issues that if proven, may prevent Accreditation being granted?
In the last seven years has your organisation been re-established as a new legal entity, substantially similar to the previous entity?
Are you aware of any key people in your organisation who are currently or have previously been involved with another organisation that has not been compliant with immigrations requirements?

Key People

The last question we need to ask, is in relation to the "key people" within the organisation that we need to identify to INZ. A key person is any director, partner, chief executive, senior manager, trustee or sole-trader who will have influence over the general operation of the business and will be accountable for any human resource policies or decisions. We can list multiple key persons within the form. We will need the following information for each key person that we identify:.

Date of birth
Gender
Country of birth
Country of citizenship
Passport number
Role in the organisation
Visa status (if not a NZ citizen)
