2024 AERA Annual Meeting

Virtual Paper Submission Decision Form

Given the low number of 2024 Annual Meeting submitters opting for the virtual component of the conference, AERA has cancelled the virtual component and will only hold the place-based component of the meeting, in Philadelphia, April 11-14.

Please respond by September 8 whether, if accepted, you can present at the 2024 AERA Annual Meeting in Philadelphia or you wish only to present through the AERA i-Presentation Gallery.

You also have the option to withdraw your submission from consideration by September 8.

Please note if you submitted multiple papers to be considered for presentation in the virtual component of the 2024 Annual Meeting, you will need to complete a separate decision form for each submission.

This form is to be completed only by the submitting author of a paper.
