Performance Improvement Plan
As a Store Manager for Broadbase Inc. it is your responsibility to provide active, effective leadership, to oversee, manage, facilitate, and support all functional areas of your service center. You are expected to administer, support and manage the execution of all company initiatives, programs and direction as set forth by the company.
You must ensure compliance with all company standards, provide direction and support to employee personnel regarding customer experience, financial management, inventory control, team development and work performance.
As a Store Manager you are expected to support and protect all company assets through sound decision making and judgment, and to behave in such a manner that limits any financial repercussions or exposes the company to any possible liabilities.
This can only be achieved through consistent effort, dedication, and reliable use of sound judgment, active and effective leadership surrounding all BBI policies, procedures and practices.
This Action Plan is being put in place as a tool to help you focus on deficient areas that require your immediate attention and that demand immediate improvement.
For the duration of the AP the following key performance indicators (KPIs) need to be at or better than:

It is expected from here on forward, that you will meet and maintain a satisfactory (or better) level of performance surrounding all responsibilities of a Store Manager. This expectation will be enforced for the remainder of your employment with Broadbase Jiffy Lube.
Please note that while this Action Plan reflects a time period of 90 days, it is not meant to or intended to override or replace the company's at-will employment practice. This Action Plan does not promise, imply, indicate or guarantee you a continued 90 days of employment. The company reserves the right to terminate your employment at any time, for any reason without prior notice.
To track and discuss your progress on said expectations follow up meetings will be scheduled:
