Scholarship Application

Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

Before you complete this application...
1. READ the SOP Merit Scholarship Packet. It contains the description and criteria for each scholarship.
2. DECIDE which scholarships you will apply for.
3. PREPARE by writing essays, constructing a curriculum vitae, and asking for recommendations as required.
4. SUBMIT your application materials using this form.
Note:
This application cannot be saved and finished at a later time. You must attach your completed scholarship responses and essays as well as your curriculum vitae at the same time when you submit this application.

Curriculum Vitae and Scholarship Essays/Responses
Curriculum Vitae Instructions: Upload only ONE file that contains your current curriculum vita. Include your name, student ID (G#) on each page of your vita. Name your vita file this way: "yourname_vita." For example: "philmcgraw_vita."

Essay Instructions: Upload only ONE file that contains all of the responses and essays needed for the scholarships for which you are applying. Include your name and student ID (G#) on each page in your file. For each response or essay, identify the scholarship to which it corresponds. Name your response/essay file this way: "yourname_essay." For example: "sigmundfreud_essay."
