This user guide is actually a comprehensive help system, providing you with extensive and specific guidance for all the Logiforms features. It's a context-sensitive user guide, which means that you can quickly get help on a particular task. From within any window of the application, you can click the small blue help icon-usually found in the bottom right corner of the open window.

Community Help

You can access the Community Help forums, where you can submit your own questions, see the posts from other users, and often find answers to your questions. Logiforms staff monitor these forums, and we encourage you to post your questions there so that everyone may benefit from the answers.

Opening a Support Ticket

You can open a support ticket by choosing Submit Help Ticket from the Start Menu. This will open a new window where you can tell us about the problem or ask a question. If you are reporting a bug (functional defect), please be sure to include the steps that will duplicate the problem and any other information that will help us in troubleshooting the issue. Also, please include the form name and project folder, if applicable.
