If your concern hinders your ability to open the shop, close the shop or operate the business please call or text in addition to submitting a Maintenance Request.

We make it our goal to handle all Maintenance Requests within two weeks of submission. All requests are handled on a priority basis. Some examples include:

Priority 1 - Same or next day. Issues that affect your ability to do business or secure the building. Air compressor, some electrical, broken doors/windows, HVAC, bathroom, locks, computers, phones

Priority 2 - Two to five days. Lifts, machines, pumps, guns, hose reels, light bulbs, some electrical, plumbing, regulatory violations, building damage

Priority 3 - One to two weeks. New items. Electrical, racks/shelves, equipment

Priority 4 - Two plus weeks. Typically things we have prescheduled. Sometimes many weeks out. Painting, paint touch ups, lot paint, remodels, landscaping, tanks
 
On requests that will require a longer than normal wait time, Glen/Daniel will send an email stating when we expect to be able to address the issue.
